The story behind "that's not my dog" was pretty fun. I painted this precious pet from a photograph that her owner sent me. When she came to pick her up, she said, "that's not my dog". She never remembered sending me this particular photo. I came home, found it, sent it to her and her face was red. It all came out fantastic and everyone was happy!
I love that story..... This is why I would have terrible time with commissions. ON the other hand, this was a rare experience for you. You nail those precious animals.
